Ballistic-Grade Barrier
Engineered for exceptional endurance, the SafeFence ballistic barrier is available in two high performance models, tested and rated as per the UL 752 Standard for Bullet-Resisting Equipment.
- UL 752 Level 3 rated barrier – designed to resist a .44 Magnum revolver bullet.
- UL 752 Level 8 rated barrier – designed to resist a .308 mm rifle bullet.
The composite panels contain a ballistic panel designed with strong, dense fibers to "catch" and deform a bullet, mushrooming it into a dish shape, and spreading its force over a larger portion of the fiber.
